Employee Lead Referral Program Terms & Conditions
To qualify for the reward, your lead must meet all of the following requirements:
The company is not already in Overton’s database.
You are an active Overton employee at the time of submission.
The company is not an active prospect and is not in current communication with our sales or operations team.
The contact is the person responsible for security.
You provide full contact details for that person.
The contact confirms they use or could use a service Overton provides.
The information you submit is accurate and complete.
Minimum information required to qualify:
Full name of the decision maker.
Direct phone number or valid email address.
Company name.
Property address or city.
Short description of the security services they use now or may need.
Leads that do not qualify include:
Contacts or companies already known to Overton.
Existing clients.
Companies with open proposals or recent outreach from Overton.
Submissions without the decision maker’s full name and complete contact details.
Contacts unrelated to security or without a clear security need.
Leads that cannot be verified within 2 weeks.
Reward details:
You receive $25 once the lead is verified as qualified.
You receive 10 percent of the first week’s invoice if the lead becomes a new Overton client.
