Overton actively recruits officers at job fairs and local college campuses, as well as with local media and traditional classified advertisements. When possible, it is the policy of Overton to hire full-time officers to regular 40-hour permanent schedules. While the greater portion of officers fall into this category, we do have a cadre of part-time employees who fill open shifts, or special assignments. All contractual obligations are always satisfied.
