Jason, I wanted to let you know that I also stopped by our Emeryville location on my way home on Saturday. I parked on the road OUTSIDE of the fenced area. I was very pleased when your officer approached my car before I even had a chance to put away my phone and get out of the car. I heard Officer Heron call in to base that someone was there before he even knew who I was. After all the approvals were made, he allowed me on site to check to see if our crews locked the vehicles. Your Direct Access program has been a God sent. I love that it automatically uploads all my security documents to a web portal that only I can access. I’m no longer having to rummage through files to find an archived document, I just use the search function, and there it is. When I come in each morning all reports from the previous night are there waiting for me, I click on the link and the document pops up. I’m also able to confirm the guards activities with your new NFC technology giving me accountability. Direct Access is very user friendly and I highly recommend it to Property Managers who want to save time and take control of their security.
