Terms and Conditions
This offer is called 33 Percent Off Vehicle Patrol.
The offer applies to first-time customers, properties, and returning customers who have not received services from Overton Security in the past 6 months.
The offer applies only to vehicle patrol services. It does not apply to onsite officers, holiday coverage, events, special requests, or technology services.
The discount applies to any number of patrol visits as long as the customer receives service 7 days per week.
The discount applies to the first three monthly invoices. Each of the first three months will be billed at a 33 percent reduced rate.
The customer must agree to a minimum 12-month service term.
If the customer cancels before completing the 12-month term, they must repay the total discounted amount saved during the first three months.
All patrol invoices must be paid up front each month. The first three invoices will reflect the 33 percent discount.
Standard rates go into effect automatically beginning with the fourth month of service.
The offer is valid for any new property the customer or property manager brings to Overton.
Any schedule change, added service, emergency coverage, or extra patrol beyond the contracted scope will be billed at the standard rate with no discount.
The offer applies across all patrol routes and all cities where Overton operates.
The offer is valid only for agreements signed in January 2026. Service must start within 45 days of signing.
This offer is only valid in geographic areas that Overton can support with vehicle patrol services. If we are unable to service the area, we apologise and will let you know when this changes.
The customer will sign a new service agreement that incorporates these terms.
